Three pieces in one repository: a runtime injector for DSH plugin packages (injection, hot reload, uninstall, one-click promotion of dev-side side-loaded plugins, route self-healing, plus settings-page plugin management: list, uninstall, and internalize by dragging in a folder); a task-aware thinking-mode routing agent preset (router-standard / router-spec / router-react); and a graded two-level task protocol (six tools — commit_star / lock_stage / revise_do / edit_plan / mark_task / redteam_verdict — with task state persisted to disk). The injector implementation is directly in the repository; what gets installed is its own behavior rather than a dependency list.

One repository packages three things: a "runtime injector" that lets plugins hot-reload, a "routing preset" that automatically switches reasoning modes by task, and a "graded protocol" that splits long tasks into stages and enforces check-ins. The three can be used separately.
Features
- injector: provides a family of dev_* tools that can inject, hot-reload, and uninstall plugins without restarting DSH, and can promote side-loaded plugins with one click
- preset: routes requests to different reasoning modes according to the model persona; the author ran a P1-P23 measured comparison
- graded: splits long tasks into "brainstorm the prompt → specify the plan → check-in regimen → group wrap-up → final verification", with a red-team gate (adversarial checks) and an audit endpoint
- The author also publishes the research method: measuring the phenomenon that "models slack off in the later stages of long tasks," with measurement scripts that can recompute results on your own sessions
Good fit for
- You modify plugins frequently and need hot reload without restarting DSH each time
- Long tasks often drift halfway through and you need a process that enforces stages
- You want to study how different reasoning modes affect output quality
Advice
- Enable only the injector first, get familiar with the inject/uninstall workflow, and confirm the environment is clean after uninstalling
- The graded protocol is fairly heavy; do not enable it for short tasks, or the process will slow you down
- Its measurement script `node scripts/measure.mjs your-session.jsonl` only outputs numbers, and you can use it to verify whether the protocol helps
Cautions
- Runtime injection is a relatively low-level operation, and problems are hard to diagnose, so try it in a test environment first
- It declares no capabilities, which does not mean it is safe — only that the catalog did not detect any; read the code yourself before use
- The graded workflow adds interaction rounds, so when you are in a hurry it becomes a burden instead
