Install
dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-run2skillWhat it does
Automatically organizes the corrections, constraints, and workflows you teach the agent in conversation into a reusable Skill, called directly the next time a similar task comes up.
Features
- Automatically extracts corrections and constraints from the conversation and generates a skill draft
- The draft shows its purpose, scope, conversation source, and full content
- You can suggest edits or confirm and save directly
- After saving, it appears in "Recent Activity" and can be used for related tasks next time
- The entry point is in the left sidebar → Plugins → Run2Skill
Good fit for
- You repeatedly correct the same issue and want to fix it once
- Your team wants to turn tacit experience into reusable assets
- You want the agent to remember your working habits
Advice
- Always review the draft before saving; it may mistake a one-off request for a general rule
- Consolidate by topic; do not convert every conversation into a skill
- Write the skill name and scope clearly, or you will not understand them later
Cautions
- Automatic extraction carries the context bias of the moment and needs human refinement
- Accumulating skills dilutes retrieval effectiveness
- What it generates is a "skill draft", not a validated stable capability
