ninetyhe-90/dsh-decision-review
Lets the main model submit decisions it has already formed to an independent review model, with off, shadow, and advisory modes; you must supply a review service implementing POST /v1/decision.
Tool
Install
dsh plugin --profile web add github:ninetyhe-90/dsh-decision-reviewWhat it does
The main model still decides, but a second model offers a "second opinion". It turns independent review into a tool rather than letting a second model make the decision for you.
Features
- The main model must first form its own preliminary plan before the plugin initiates a review
- The reviewer sees only the question, preliminary plan, evidence, and constraints; it does not take part in the original reasoning and has no tool permissions
- The review returns a suggestion with a confidence level, and the main model still decides whether to adopt it
- A confidence threshold determines when it actually interrupts, rather than prompting every time
- Off by default (mode: off); it is not called automatically after installation
Good fit for
- High-risk decisions that would benefit from a second opinion
- Main models prone to self-confirmation that need an external challenge
- Wanting an extra check before critical operations
Advice
- Configure a compatible review service implementing POST /v1/decision and explicitly set model and baseUrl first, or it will not work at all
- Use the confidence threshold to control interruption frequency; too low is annoying, too high makes it pointless
- Try it on small matters first and observe the quality of the review suggestions
Cautions
- With no review service configured it has no effect at all; it falls into the "installed but unresponsive" category
- Each review costs an extra model call, which is not worthwhile for simple tasks
- The second model cannot see the full context, so its opinion may not be more accurate than the main model's
